Account & Data Deletion
How to request permanent deletion of your Mukha Chitram account, portfolio, and personal data under our Privacy Policy and Google Play data safety standards.

Immediate In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Mukha Chitram app installed on your device, you can delete your account immediately without waiting for manual processing:
- •Open the Mukha Chitram app and sign in.
- •Navigate to your Profile tab.
- •Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the top right.
- •Select Delete account.
- •Type DELETE in the confirmation prompt to confirm.
Result: Your authentication identity is immediately purged, your profile is unlisted from Discover, and your uploaded media assets are queued for permanent deletion.

Web Deletion Request Portal
If you have uninstalled the application, lost access to your device, or prefer to request deletion via the web, submit your registered mobile number below.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
In compliance with Google Play Developer policies and India's DPDP Act:
Permanently Deleted
- • Display name, stage name, headline, and bio
- • Photos, portfolio stills, and headshots
- • Showreel videos and audio dubbing samples
- • Date of birth, gender, and physical attributes
- • Experience credits, languages, and skills
- • Account authentication credentials & session tokens
- • Device notification tokens
Retained Where Required by Law
- • Financial & Tax Records: Razorpay / App Store / Google Play transaction IDs and receipts are retained as legally mandated for tax and accounting compliance.
- • Thread Continuity: Conversation history with Mukha Chitram Team is anonymized to preserve thread integrity for the other party.
- • Security Audit Logs: Minimized audit entries are retained for fraud prevention.
